SHIPPING POLICY

 

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. ET (1:00 p.m. CT) will ship the same business day, unless unexpected delays occur. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. ET (1:00 p.m. CT) will ship on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. For example, an order received after the cutoff time on a Friday will ship the following Monday.

UPS Next Day Air orders received after 2:00 p.m. ET (1:00 p.m. CT) on a Friday will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.

Alinea Hair is committed to doing everything we can to ensure your order is shipped promptly and securely. However, unforeseen circumstances—such as weather or carrier service disruptions—may occasionally affect delivery times.

All shipments are FOB Springfield City, Missouri. While we work to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee the performance of third-party carriers. In case of any carrier-related issues, we will assist as much as possible, but Alinea Hair is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
