The Reinforced Lace features a fine mono center surrounded by a 1¼-inch-wide PU perimeter, offering a natural look and enhanced durability. The PU perimeter makes attachment, cleaning, and removal quick and easy.

With a medium 130% hair density, reduced by 5% at the front for a natural hairline, this system offers a balanced look with versatile styling options. The front features bleached reverse split knots (¾″) to mimic natural hair growth, while double knots throughout the rest provide durability.

Made-To-Order Curl 

The factory picks up in-stock units and processes with high heat and pressure to create custom curl patterns. All curl processing causes some slight fading, which tends to be more noticeable on lighter shades. In some cases, the change is a shift in tone rather than actual fading.

After processing, the factory checks the color. If it remains close to the original shade, the piece is shipped. The factory will not correct the color after perm.

All made-to-order (MTO) curl units undergo curl processing after the hair color has been corrected, so some color variation is unavoidable. This color shift can be more noticeable on lighter shades. If you require an exact match to the color swatch, our MTO curl units may not be suitable for your needs.

Made-To-Order Curl Timeline: A custom perm typically takes about one week.

If there is a significant color change, the factory starts over with another hair system with a 30 cm curl pattern and processes it again to achieve the requested curl. In that case, the total turnaround time may be about two weeks.
