Returns and Exchanges
This Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Alinea extensions are 100% human hair and are considered a hygienic product by law. For the safety of the public and our customers, we are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.
If the item was bought directly from a distributor and needs a return or exchange, please contact the distributor for their return/exchange policy. For questions regarding your return please contact customer service email at: contact@alineahair.com
How do I return my order and how long will it take to receive my refund?
Follow these 3 simple return steps:
- Initiate a return by emailing contact@alineahair.com

Once your return is received at our warehouse, inspected, and processed then you will receive your refund.
Customers must return unopened, unused goods that are in factory condition.
All items being returned are subject to an $8 restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
The merchandise to be returned must be delivered to our warehouse within 30 days from initiating the return:

Once the return is received at our fulfillment center, it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team to ensure the returned items are in factory condition. Returned items must be in the same condition as received. No credit will be issued for any item(s) that is altered or missing piece(s) (E.G., Brushed, Combed, Picked, Worn, or not in its original packaging box or bag). All tags and packing materials such as nets and inserts must be intact. All component parts, if applicable, must be returned with the item(s).
Please note, in the event of excess claims that are found to be not defective, then Alinea reserves the right to place the customer on the Limited Warranty at Alinea exclusive decision.
This process can take up to 7 business days from the day the return is delivered.
Please note, most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process refunds, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.
