Returns and Exchanges

This Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Alinea extensions are 100% human hair and are considered a hygienic product by law. For the safety of the public and our customers, we are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

If the item was bought directly from a distributor and needs a return or exchange, please contact the distributor for their return/exchange policy. For questions regarding your return please contact customer service email at: contact@alineahair.com

How do I return my order and how long will it take to receive my refund?

Follow these 3 simple return steps:

Initiate a return by emailing contact@alineahair.com.

Ship the extensions back to us, with the customer assuming the responsibility for the return cost via the carrier of their choice.

Once received at our warehouse, your return will be inspected, processed, and your refund will be issued.

Return Conditions:

Customers must return unopened, unused goods in factory condition.
All returned items are subject to an $8 restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
The merchandise must reach our warehouse within 30 days of initiating the return:

Returned items will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team to ensure they are in factory condition, unaltered, and complete with all tags, packing materials, and component parts, if applicable.

In the case of excessive claims found not to be defective, Alinea reserves the right to place the customer on Limited Warranty at Alinea’s exclusive discretion.

The entire process, from delivery of the return to our fulfillment center to the issuance of the refund, may take up to 7 business days.

Note: Financial institutions typically take 3-5 business days to process refunds, but this duration may vary. Allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement before contacting us. For more information, please contact your credit card provider.
