Shipping and Warranty for Hair Replacement, Wigs and Toppers
The shipping charge is $29 for 1 piece, plus $2.90 for each additional piece. We offer multi-warehouse shipping.
Reshipment
If your package was not successfully delivered and is returned to us by the carrier, there will be an additional shipping charge for reshipment. Any refused international packages and international automatic returns will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.
Force Majeure Delays
Alinea makes it a priority to deliver orders on time as promised. However, we cannot provide shipping cost refunds in the event of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Professional Wholesale Products
Alinea Hair replacement systems, toppers, and wigs are professional-use products sold exclusively to licensed stylists and trained salon professionals. Purchasing professionals are responsible for selecting the appropriate base type, size, color, density, and specifications for their client prior to ordering, using color rings and color samples.
Due to the hygienic nature and professional handling of hair replacement systems, all wholesale purchases are final sale. Returns are not accepted.
Cancellation
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment promptly, and Alinea Hair cannot guarantee cancellation once order processing has begun.
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting Alinea Hair during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST, excluding holidays). Cancellation requests received outside business hours will be processed the next business day and may not be honored if the order has already shipped.
Hair Replacement Systems Warranty
Inspection Upon Receipt
All systems must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any claim for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and prior to any alteration of the product.
Handcrafted Product Characteristics
Hair replacement systems, toppers, and wigs are handcrafted products. Slight variations in color tone, density, knotting, wave pattern, and hair direction may occur and are considered normal characteristics of handmade hair systems. These do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Shedding & Product Lifespan
All hair systems, toppers, and wigs will experience natural shedding and gradual density reduction over time due to normal wear, cutting, styling, and maintenance. These characteristics are inherent to hair systems and are not considered manufacturing defects. Installation or any alteration indicates that the customer acknowledges and agrees that the product had no abnormal shedding issues at the time of receipt.
Alteration & Installation
Hair systems, toppers, and wigs that have been cut, colored, chemically processed, washed, installed, styled, or otherwise altered are not eligible for replacement or credit. Alteration or installation will void the warranty.
Defective or Incorrect Items
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, customers must notify Alinea and return the item for inspection within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification by Alinea that the product is defective, damaged, or was shipped in error, the company will either provide a replacement or issue a partial credit toward replacement.

Agreement to Terms
By placing a wholesale order, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these terms. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for non-defective products may result in suspension of wholesale purchasing privileges.
